As the big (chocolate-loving) foodie I am, I’m always scouring the internet for recipes or experimenting in the kitchen to try on new, nutritious and, of course, yummy treats.
This recipe, created by Paleogrubs, has been a lifesaver when having friends over for some healthy “fika”**. I often serve them with strawberries or paleo ice cream – sometimes both. It’s also a perfect go-to recipe for when you’re in the mood for something sweet and chocolaty but still want to be healthy.
These fudgy paleo brownies are super easy to make and only require 7 ingredients — almond butter, maple syrup, one egg, ghee, vanilla, cocoa powder and baking soda — so no grains, no dairy and no gluten in this recipe!
Hope you enjoy these brownies as much as I do :)
**”Fika is Swedish for a coffee break that’s more about socialising than drinking coffee. And something sweet is also welcome.” – In my case “fika” means green juice and pegan (paleo-vegan) treats :)
